New Team Member Highlight: Meet Christian

What if we blended the best of the for-profit and non-profit worlds? 

After launching his career in the corporate sector and then transitioning into nonprofit work, this question nagged at Christian Rath.

We all know of FOR profit and NON profit, but what if there were a third way?

What kind of businesses could we build if we blended the sustainability of real profits with the meaning of real Kingdom impact? We’ve spent a lot of time asking these questions (as have many of you!), and hearing Christian ask those same questions and explore this third way of building businesses full of purpose has us excited! Please join us in welcoming Christian as he draws on his experiences and commitment to the teachings of Jesus to explore the potential synergies between the sectors.

In his free time, Christian enjoys spending time with his wife, Cristina, near their home in Northwest Indiana. He’s a pilot and pastor at his church and is the proud father Chris, an Officer in the Navy.
