Our Biggest Joseph Project Summit Ever!

We're still jet-lagged from the biggest Joseph Project Summit ever! With over 50 attendees and 13 countries represented, it was an incredible time spent celebrating, praying, and planning together.

A key theme of this year’s gathering was sustainability—how do we build businesses and ministries that aren’t dependent on outside support?

Traditional support structures, where wealthy outsiders call the shots and control local initiatives, manage funding, and pay local salaries, just isn't the ideal long-term solution. This kind of funding structure often creates the very dependency it’s hoping to decrease, and it’s just too common for the pay to either dry up, get blocked or reallocated, and on and on. Outside funding isn’t reliable, we need local solutions for local problems, locally led—and that’s what you’ve been making possible for farmers for years!

1 in 8 Kyrgyz people are in Russia, most of them seeking better-paying jobs.

By investing in real businesses across Central Asia, you are supporting locally-led initiatives that keep mothers, fathers, pastors, and other local people from having to move to Russia or Europe to find better pay. By supporting real businesses, you are preventing displacement, enhancing food security, and making pathways for God’s Kingdom to grow and be known by people in a very tough part of the world. Thank you!

Thanks to all Joseph Project attendees as well as the staff, partners, and volunteers who made it possible. It’s no small feat, managing the logistics for an event like this in a fairly obscure city, but teamwork made the dream work, as they say! So grateful, and stay tuned for more moments from this JP in our social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and we can’t wait to see you all again next year!

With you,

The AgGrandize team
