Meet Our Scout Team

The Scout team at Aggrandize is the first step in the potential partnership process. During this stage the teams does its due diligence to ensure that everything is in alignment with Aggrandizes core values. The team does this by speaking with their leadership team by fleshing out insights about the company/organization to gain a solid understanding to determine feasibility. 

After that initial call the team will discuss internally to decide if we have all the information to move forward in the process. If not, we will follow up to assure we have all the data to make a sound decision quickly and confidently. The next step would be to make on site visit which is done by the Scout Team members to see the operation first to continue to foster relationships with the company's leadership team. Once the Scout process is competed the company/organization is moved to the next stage.
