C Fund

The Collateralized Commodity “C” Fund is a financing tool of AgGrandize Global to provide partner anchor companies the cash to buy large volumes of commodities to bridge agricultural cycles.

This is different from the low-interest loans provided to farmers and distributors. Those loans are small volumes and provided from donated funds. However, the C Fund is an investment package that returns interest to investors, and has roughly $2M of funds placed in partner companies.

Such mechanisms are common in the developed world through futures markets. However, prices in the developing word lack such stability, so our partners need to buy their holdings for the year at strategic times in order to be price competitive.
