James Noronha’s contribution to AgGrandize Global is extensive…

having worked as paid staff and volunteer, front-line scout and capital team lead, web developer, networker, and plenty else — he’s a guy who shows up to serve with integrity and conviction again and again, and we’re thrilled to have him serving on our Board of Directors.

“I believe deeply in the work of AgGrandize,” James shared. “We’re operating at the intersection of agricultural development and Kingdom impact—helping communities move beyond subsistence into sustainable, thriving livelihoods.”

Over the past six years, James has been closely involved with AgG’s work across Central Asia and Africa.

From reviewing projects to helping launch new businesses, he has seen the organization’s model come to life. As James put it:

“We work to establish businesses that provide employment, moving past subsistence to work that enables people to thrive, and works with churches to ensure we are helping their community thrive in faith and not just income.”

AgGrandize’s approach stands out for its collaboration. By working with local communities, experts, and stakeholders, the organization builds scalable agricultural businesses that address real market needs. The result is long-term impact: thousands of jobs created, stronger communities, and partnerships that continue to grow year after year.

“What I’m most proud of,” James notes, is out longstanding partnerships that employ thousands of people with well-paying jobs and a healthy community, and the joy I find when I can visit them.

Looking ahead, James is confident in the organization’s future.

“AgGrandize is uniquely positioned to grow businesses and strengthen churches in some of the world’s most challenging regions. I truly believe this work honors God by supporting both people and entire economies.”
