James Project Update From Our Board Chaplain

Our Board Chaplain recently returned from a trip to rural Kenya, where he spent time with our friends at The James Project. As many of you know, the project focuses on supporting widows and orphans in a region of Kenya known for famine and food insecurity.

Pictured are two of the young orphans who graduated from the project, Steven and Anthony. Instead of leaving the region, Steven and Anthony chose to stay in community with the other orphans, giving them a living example of future hope and God's grace. The two young men also shared their testimony with the children at a camp held during the team's visit.

The people involved in this project are working on sustainability projects to help generate more food security (and make them less dependent on food rations). Stay tuned for more stories from The James Project in the coming weeks, and thank you for your support!
