Founded in 2010, Jubilee Farms has grown into a compassionate training center and community hub, where thousands of farmers are equipped not only with practical agricultural skills, but with hope and opportunity for true, sustainable work.

At the heart of this work is Silas, a Kenyan leader whose passion for training and community development has shaped Jubilee Farms from the very beginning.

On a recent whirlwind tour visiting partners in East Africa, our Africa Team Lead, Christian Rath, got to stop at a very special community in rural Kenya.

In our prosperity, may we never forget that food supply chains are more fragile than many think, stay humble in acknowledging God's daily provision, and keep supporting the farmers willing to grow food and keep life going.

The people in these images above have said they want to move away from aid handouts and toward something more sustainable. They want to produce their own food so they can keep orphans and widows safe in their community, and that’s a next step that excites us!
