Train, Mentor, Befriend—Steps Every Farmer Needs to Grow

No matter the farmer, wherever they are in the world, they will need a community of helpers to succeed.

Farmers need help finding access to the right equipment and inputs, the right information about soil and seeds, and on and on — no farmer is an island!

This is why our mostly-volunteer team of ag mentors provides 120+ hours of mentoring assistance to farmers around the world every month. We would have failed without help when we started, so we work to offer the help we needed and still need!

Reflecting on his early days in agriculture, our Executive Director put it this way:

Back when we first started building soy processing mills, we encountered many of the same challenges consistent across food-insecure populations, which is where our partners work today. One of those challenges was being overwhelmed and in over my waders from the get-go! Having someone on your side who has faced these challenges before and can advise as you plan, help avoid timely and costly mistakes, and help problem-solve is incredibly valuable.

When you support the work of AgGrandize, you’re giving farmers and ag businesses the access to training and information they need. Ag expertise is our most requested form of assistance and is a huge value add, thank you for donating to sustain the team as they work to see farmers thrive!
